Jiujitsu has been one of the best things I’ve challenged myself to learn and I got lucky because I found Kola’s academy because his classes are extremely cerebral, there’s no fluff to his teaching, no fancy moves, just what works. He’s very dedicated and passionate about the art of Jiujitsu and it’s very contagious. I have been coming for five years, I’m a blue belt and in the next few years I hope to earn my purple belt.
