Kola Ajose Jiu-Jitsu Academy Website Terms

These terms cover use of kolaajosejiujitsu.com and its trial, agreement, enrollment and family features.

Accounts and accurate information

Use an account you control and provide accurate participant, guardian and emergency contact details. Do not access another household’s records or share secure request links. Google sign-in confirms account access; it does not automatically establish signing authority, attendance approval or membership.

Trials and attendance

A submitted trial request is pending Coach review. Selecting a class and sending agreements does not approve attendance. Complete both required agreements and wait for the academy’s approval-to-attend email before arriving. Follow the confirmed class details, arrival instructions and Coach’s directions. Contact the academy if you need to change or cancel a visit.

Agreements and enrollment

The Participation waiver and Conduct/Media agreement are separate documents with their own signatures and consent. These website terms do not replace or change either agreement. An enrollment request requires academy approval. Billing and payment arrangements are handled separately; submitting a request is not a payment transaction.

Responsible use

Do not impersonate another person, submit information without authority, upload unlawful material, interfere with the website or attempt to bypass access controls. Use academy material for its intended informational and training purposes, and obtain permission before reproducing or publishing material belonging to others.

Website availability and communications

Schedules and online features may change or be temporarily unavailable. Contact the academy when information is unclear or an expected email does not arrive. The website supports academy administration; Coach confirms training arrangements. For an emergency, use appropriate emergency services rather than a website message.

Updates

We will post updates to these website terms with an updated effective date. Changes to separately signed agreements are managed through the academy’s agreement process.
